Shapedays luxury european fitness retreat - a typical day
Morning.
Join your yogi on the beautiful golden beach of Cotillo for morning yoga. Indulge in a healthy, delicious breakfast prepared by your chef. When you’re ready, start your bespoke personal training session with Ant, to be followed by a massage of your choice.
Afternoon.
Following a well-earned lunch prepared by chef, it’s now up to the group to decide how to combine fitness and fun. Snorkelling, surfing, hiking, cycling? There’s time to try everything on our fitness retreats!
Evening.
After such an active day, you’ll want the evening to yourself! Enjoy a superb, nutritious dinner cooked by chef, then do whatever you please! Head to the hot tub, go for a gentle walk, take a book to the patio. Rest is key to a successful luxury fitness retreat.
